Please be sure you read carefully before registering. If you are paying with Charter funds, you will need to pay only the deposit, and request your voucher from the charter school at least 2 weeks prior to class. I will refund your deposit once I receive your P.O. Voucher payment. Children will not be able to attend class without making full payment or having a voucher in hand. Please do not arrive at the ranch until you have received a confirmation of your child’s enrollment.

In order for you child to be registered, a $20 deposit is required. Remaining balance can be paid first day of class, with a voucher, cash, check.

Siblings of children being enrolled receive a 5% discount per additional child at the time full payment is made. Please type in code “sibling” to recieve 5% sibling discount.

Also Please list the Charter School name for which voucher your child will be submitting.

All Sessions may fill quickly. If you plan on having your child attend a Homeschool or Toddler Session year-round, it is best to register in advance

**Due to limited availability, refunds will only be given if the request was made two weeks prior to the session. There are no refunds for no-shows, if the no-show is on the first day of class or before full payment has been paid, parents are expected to pay full payment before continuing class.

Refund requests must be given via email; phone calls will not be considered official requests. Exceptions can be made based on the circumstances. Please send your refund request to OHRschool@gmail.com.
